Drink of the Week

The Teacher's Pet is a refreshing and playful drink that combines crisp apple flavors with a hint of caramel, creating a drink that’s as delightful as straight A's on a report card. What makes this drink extra special is its versatility – it can be easily transformed into a cocktail or a mocktail, making it perfect for everyone to enjoy, whether you’re celebrating the start of a new school year or simply winding down after a busy day.

For a Mocktail: Simply follow the recipe as is, and you’ll have a delightful, non-alcoholic drink that’s perfect for kids and adults alike. The combination of apple juice and caramel syrup provides a sweet and tangy flavor, while the soda water adds a refreshing fizz.

For a Cocktail: Transform this drink into a delicious cocktail by adding 1.5 oz of apple brandy. The apple brandy enhances the apple flavor and adds a rich, warming depth to the drink, making it a perfect adult beverage for the back-to-school season.

Do you have access to an abundance of apples? Consider making your own apple brandy.
