🄃 People Make the Place

When a drink is more than a drink - it’s the person who pours it.

šŸ‚ What’s in Your Glass This Week...

We talk a lot about ingredients, technique, and seasonal flavors here. But sometimes the thing that makes a cocktail memorable isn’t what’s in the glass - it’s who hands it to you.

This week, we’re heading to Walla Walla, Washington to spotlight one of our favorite local gems: Public House 124, where Bartender turned General Manager , Josiah Ward , doesn’t just make great drinks - he creates moments.

The People Who Makes You Feel Seen

We walked into Public House 124 this past week expecting a nightcap - and walked out talking about the experience all weekend.

That’s what Josiah and the team there does. They don’t just pour a drink - they notice what you need. They makes you feel welcome. Remembered. Understood.

There’s something magical about sitting at a bar where someone is happy to see you. And when that person also happens to craft a drink this thoughtful? That’s where cocktails become connection. That’s when a place becomes your place.

Cheers to the bartenders who make our nights better, not just because of what they make, but because of how they make us feel.

šŸ Closing Time

Sometimes the best drink of the week isn’t found in a recipe book, it’s the one made by someone who sees you, remembers your name, and gets your taste just right.

Thanks to Josiah and bartenders everywhere who turn their bars into living rooms, we raise a glass to you.

Cheers,
