June 8th - Sparkling Rosé TwistsHeld every year on the second Saturday in June, National Rosé Day originated with Bodvár, a Swedish Rosé House , to honor this delightful summer sipper. Rosé Bellini: 2 oz peach puree, sparkling rosé. Instructions: Pour peach puree into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling rosé and stir gently. Rosé Mimosa: 2 oz fresh orange juice, sparkling rosé. Instructions: Pour orange juice into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling rosé and stir gently. Berry Rosé Spritzer: 1/2 cup mixed berries, 2 oz berry liqueur, sparkling rosé. Instructions: Muddle mixed berries in a glass. Add berry liqueur and top with sparkling rosé. Stir gently and garnish with additional berries. |

💡 Answer to Trivia Question: Rose´s pink color comes from a maceration process with red grapes. The red grape skins transfer the pink tonalities to the juice, but as opposed to red wines, rosé undergoes a short maceration time from 12-24 hours, and the must is pressed before the juice darkens too much. |
