🥃 Drink of the Week: Holiday Spiced White Russian

Creamy, indulgent, and laced with holiday spice, this is your fireside dessert in a glass. Perfect for an evening of cozy reflection or putting on a movie you've seen a dozen times.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz vodka

• 1 oz coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)

• 1 oz spiced cream (see below)

• Garnish: sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg

Spiced Cream:

Mix 1/2 cup heavy cream with a pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg, and 1 tsp maple syrup. Stir or lightly whip.

Directions:

1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.

2. Add vodka and coffee liqueur.

3. Float the spiced cream on top (stir gently to marble it).

4. Garnish and sip slowly.

A non-alcoholic twist that still brings the comfort, and the creamy texture, of a fireside sipper.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz cream or oat milk

• 0.5 oz maple syrup

• Dash of cinnamon

• Top with club soda

• Garnish: cinnamon stick or orange twist

Directions:

1. Stir cream, syrup, and cinnamon together.

2. Pour into a glass over ice.

3. Top with club soda and garnish.
