š„ Drink of the Week: Maple Sage Whiskey Sour
A rich, herbal twist on the classic whiskey sourācomforting and celebratory.
Ingredients:
2 oz bourbon
0.75 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz maple syrup
1 small sage leaf (plus extra for garnish)
Optional: 1 egg white for froth
Garnish: Sage leaf + dash of cinnamon
Directions:
In a shaker, muddle sage leaf with maple syrup.
Add bourbon, lemon juice, and egg white (if using).
Shake without ice to emulsify, then add ice and shake again.
Strain into a coupe or rocks glass. Garnish with sage and cinnamon.

1 oz cranberry juice
0.25 oz thyme syrup
Top with dry sparkling wine
Garnish: Fresh cranberries + thyme sprig

2 oz apple cider
1.5 oz rye whiskey
0.25 oz cinnamon syrup
Dash of orange bitters

Ingredients:
2 oz pear nectar
1 oz chai concentrate (unsweetened if possible)

Shake pear nectar, chai, and lemon juice. Strain over ice and top with bubbles. Garnish and serve chilled.
